Story

The Trident Group is a collaboration of expert independent consultants, offering technical project management, products and subject matter experts (SME’s) on a requirement-driven basis.

We have access to significant pool of SMEs who are hand-picked according to project specific requirements.

Our portfolio comprises of four main business strands, each contributing a specialist skill set to the group, providing a holistic USP. Our business in the UK is growing rapidly, and we are extending our operating geographic via new partnerships with overseas clients.

Trident Group is made up of 4 partners, all owning a share of the business(es) and all bringing their own experience and knowledge from the UK and international water sector. In total 7 Directors within the group are helping to shape and mould our businesses for the future of the water sector.

Trident employs experts from within the industry to ensure that Trident Group and its associated businesses continue to grow and develop to meet client needs.

What we
believe

Within the water modelling arena, we understand the importance and understanding needed to work in the traditional ways to help develop and build calibrated models.

However, unlike many others, we are also using technology to develop new ways to build and create automated calibrated all mains models. Using this new technology to develop ways to improve and identify leakage, automated supply interruption reporting and event management as well as engineering and network design.

We have developed our own AI apps and services for our clients.
