Mission
JIH Consultancy was formed to provide a solution to potential clients in the modelling arena, project management and business planning and development. Since becoming part of the group companies that form Trident Group, the business has grown and developed for both its UK based customers, but in partnership with Trident International, creates a mechanism in which we can also allow our experts here in the UK and our associates abroad to work in partnership for water utilities anywhere throughout the world.

Our businesses is a collaboration of expert independent consultants, offering technical project management, products and subject matter experts (SME’s) on a requirement-driven basis. We have access to significant pool of SMEs who are hand-picked according to project specific requirements providing a holistic USP. Our businesses in the UK are growing rapidly, and we are extending our operating geographic via new partnerships with overseas clients.

Vision
Our vision is not to just to deliver you with the requested deliverables and outcomes of a project, but to go beyond that and to give you the opportunity to evaluate other possibilities and to advise on further efficiencies and ways of delivering a scheme that may not have been considered.

Our team of modellers work in InfoWorks WS Pro, DNV Synergi, Bentley Hammer and EPANET often with multi disciplines across all packages but specific software specialists. We also employ those who have worked directly for the software companies behind some of the worlds leading software, delivering training on specific software abilities and features, but also on the general topic of modelling.

At Trident International we believe in developing new and rising talent, which is why we integrate our teams within your team, allowing us to share our knowledge and skills directly with your staff. We also develop our own staff internally, this includes individuals new to the industry but want the opportunity to develop and grow, but also our experienced team in learning new areas of the industry or software.
